Description

MFB is the next evolution of the classic Mat Fluorescent Bug, first popularized on the Vibration-X Ultra and Type-X. Where earlier MFB releases leaned on fully opaque fluorescent construction for maximum impact, Respect MFB takes a more technical approach — retaining the signature fluorescent yellow base, green shoulder gradient, and bold orange bug patterning, but adding depth by reworking the lower half into a semi-translucent build. A matte finish over the see-through core produces a subtle internal glow rather than a hard shine, softening the classic high-visibility profile into something softer and more nuanced. The result is a bait that still reads as unmistakably MFB at a distance, but closer inspection reveals added depth and dimension. The pairing of fluorescent pigment and light-diffusing matte finish performs best in the low-visibility windows of dawn and dusk, and in stained water where standard colors fade from view. The semi-translucent lower half adds a more nuanced flicker on the retrieve, distinct from the flat read of a solid chartreuse finish.
